Orbs in Everyday Places
Most people expect to find Orbs in ancient buildings like Castles and Abbeys or at the very least in places that are reputed to be haunted but this does not need to be the case. If you have the belief that spirits are all around us then it makes sense that Orbs could be captured just about anywhere. Here are a few examples of photos of everyday places that our camera has captured orbs on, although this was not the intent when the photos were taken.
This picture was taken at our old house and as you can see there are a lot of small orbs that can clearly be seen. Both Debs and myself were present in the room when this photo was taken along with our 2 sons, my mother and father and two dogs. No one sensed anything out of the ordinary. The previous occupant of this house once told us that this house was supposed to be haunted and that she had seen "Ghosts" several times in the house. During the time we lived there the only thing out of the ordinary to have happened was the smoke detector in the top landing setting itself off on several occasions in the middle of the night. This smoke detector was hard wired to the mains electricity supply and was not one of the battery powered ones. It could of course be explained as faulty wiring or even a faulty smoke detector, but surely if either of these explanations were the case then the detector would have been set off more frequently. Debs also heard someone walking up the stairs when everyone in the house was asleep.
This second picture was taken approximately 10 minutes after the one above and the orbs can still be seen. This time though there are more of the larger orbs
This photo was taken just after the builders had been in and the room was just decorated. The reason behind the picture being taken was to show members of the family what work we had undertaken in our present home. Note the larger, brighter orb at the bottom of the doors and lots of other orbs round about.
On the 11th of August during quite a severe downpour of rain the path outside our front door flooded badly and I decided to take a couple of photos of this in order to show the council how badly flooded this path became. When I downloaded the pictures onto the PC and looked at them I found these orbs. Strange place to find an orb we think you will agree but it perhaps offers proof that orbs can be captured on camera just about anywhere.
These next three pictures were taken in September 2001 at our old house. Debs wishes me to stress quite strongly that the condition and decoration of the house in these photos is not down to us as these photos were taken on the day we viewed the house. As you can see in these photos there are a few orbs clearly visible.
